Meet the Dean

Apostle D. Phils

Greetings and welcome to People United College and Theological Seminary. Your virtual visit is appreciated and I am hopeful that it is also insightful.

I was born into ministry and learning has always been a focal point when it came to functioning in kingdom work. I have a Pentecostal background with a Baccalaureate degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. My contribution to the earth has always been to empower lives and this is one of the many ways God has allowed it to happen.

Since a young teenager, I desired to create an atmosphere of judgement free learning. Thanks to our God and Bible Institute of America, I not only am able to fulfill that dream, but I was also able to successfully complete my Masters and Doctorate in Theology.

Our Philosophy

People United College and Theological Seminary School is centered around developing the mind to be used by God in its fullest ability. Philippians 2:5–11 explains the importance of mind development within the gospel. It is a known fact that education is the way to stretch the human mind so that it can not only hold information, but explore endless abilities.

This is dire to our life in Christ for we believe God can do anything and use anyone. Therefore, this school is built on the foundation that Christ endured the cross, was buried and raised up from the grave, so that all could have access to God.

If Christ would do such a work, we are commissioned to carry out the work by making every resource available to all people. Our standards are high and our coursework demanding at times. However, our heart is about elevating the minds of anyone willing to learn so that God may breathe upon the mind of the learned and expand the territory in which they are assigned. Get ready to flourish with People United College and Theological Seminary.

About Us

People United College and Theological Seminary was founded in June of 2019. It is located in Cumberland County, North Carolina where its home is currently being erected in the Spring Lake, North Carolina area.
